提个关于查阅帖子的建议优化

    帖子界面，在浏览十几楼以后，需要再滚动到顶部才能切换到其它首页，这很麻烦，加速了滚轮寿命和我的时间

    建议在页面滚动的地方，加入以下随便一个按钮 1.回到顶部 2.回到首页
