挂了好几天了，说是什么上游供应商的问题。取消订单能退款么？

同受影响， nodequery 上显示宕机将近 4 天，我在考虑到 9 月份期是否要换别家。

Hello,

Unfortunately, Due to our upstream provider's (Fevvo, Inc) issues, our servers are now unconnectable.

Every effort is been put into getting them back online or data retrieved and moved to a new server.

At current we have no ETA on the downtime on the affected nodes.

All information perdinant to the situation will be posted within this announcement and/or by email when we have it.

Sorry for any inconveneinces caused. but, this situation is far outside of our control.
