如何实现并发内核多线程服务器？

内核做为服务端，处理用户态 n 个客户发请求，并回应。用 netlink ，根据如下思路实现，但是不知道服务端怎么实现多线程处理，这样做好像只能创建 1 个线程？：
recv_nlmsg()->kthread_run(proc_read,data,"thread")->proc_read()->send_nlmsg
