适配 iOS9 的时候如果 APP 的服务端还没有开启 https ，通常我们需要在 info.plist 中加入
NSAllowsArbitraryLoads = YES,不然的话访问 http 会报错不能成功，但现在不配合这个 key ，或者
NSAllowsArbitraryLoads = NO 也可以开始访问了
