A simple script to get all github repo's stars, to generate a rank list
利用 github 搜索的筛选器来得到每个 stars 有多少 repo, 进而产生一个 github 项目的星星排行榜

44+ stars: 0.99%
50+ stars: 0.90%
100+ stars: 0.52%
