WHF 手贱， atom 各种安装失败

本着蛋疼原则升级了 win10 该装的都装上了..就 atom 安装后各种 package 安装失败.唉..又是一个不眠夜........

apm config set https-proxy YOUR_PROXY_ADDRESS
