https 必须要买域名吗，打算用 Let's Encrypt

平时只有自己用，同时也是因为安卓 7.0 开始 generate 204 页面只能使用 https ，不打算做个人博客，没那么多文章可写，所以没有买域名的需求
去 godaddy 看了看，第一年 7 块，第二年 100 多块，虽然不多，但是觉得没必要
使用 lets encrypt 的 certbot 工具时，提示
Requested name （我的 ip ） is an IP address. The Let's Encrypt certificate authority will not issue certificates for a bare IP address.

不是，域名有免费的，也有几块钱一年的，狗爹 0.99 需要国外信用卡支付， com 平均每年 60 左右，过几天黑五也有商家做活动
