iPod touch 开机登录后一直显示在 icloud 设置。请问这是什么情况？

    机子淘宝刚到的，看起来好像是翻新机，同事给我后，我就开始连接 w'ifi 设置登录 APPLE 账号，但是登录输入信息好后按下一步就他就一直弹出这个了"正在更新 icloud 设置"了，（好像 iTunes 要去下载才行，）很是困惑，（lz小白也一个）
