无法重命名，无法移动，权限已经是 755 了，这种情况要怎么修改它啊，我要改启动的 ip 配置等信息。

@Daniel65536 感谢，已经解决了，我们用的核心板，厂家做了设置，更改文件需要在命令前加 wr 。
像这种改动，是在哪个层面做的改动啊？ kernel 吗？
