Nginx 没法像 Apache httpd 一样用.htaccess 对单个目录进行设置吗？

    新买了台 VPS，配置了 LNMP，由于之前使用 Apache，.htaccess 除了设置 rewrite 之外还能对缓存、目录权限进行设置进行设置，刚用 Nginx，不知道有没有类似的功能。
