https://www.hicloud.com/mobile 华为的手机远程操作网址，类似于 icloud。ff 和 chrome 都不让打开这个地址，因为证书在 5.31 日已经过期，过了这么多天都没更新？难道是我电脑的问题？

也有可能是对方服务器后面是负载均衡到了不同的机器，刚刚我也刷出一张过期的证书，后来又刷出正常的证书了。

There is no issue in your computer, Their SSL Certificate is expired.They can still renew the certificate from the same providers or else find the other certificate providers from the below link who offer the SSL Certificate at a discounted price.
