是第三方购买的，客服认定发票不正规，不予解锁。

除了以上方法。
还有其他解决方法没？非常感谢。

什么都没有，几乎无解。
我给长辈设定的账号都会把我自己的手机给绑定到账户里，方便以后要重置密码什么的。 |
