补了一下「鼠须管」在 Word, BBEdit 里 modifier keys（cmd, ctrl, etc.）的问题

试了一下发现我也有同样的状况——不仅是在 Word，我在 BBEdit 中也有同样多个问题。还是要用很多 BBEdit 啊，所以简单补了一下适用与这两个程序。

我想 @lotem 应该有合适的解决办法，在这之前希望这个小东西能帮到需要的人。

@lotem 我可以再看一下。现在我只是让鼠须管在 Word 和 BBEdit 里按 modifier keys 时不要 call rimeUpdate，跳过去就好了。暂时能用。:P
