电信宽带上传速度不稳定是怎么回事

    用 200MB 的宽带，以前的上传速度一直是 700 多 KB，昨天突然变成了 4M，下载一直是正常的，但是今天突然断网 2 秒，在重新连接，上传速度就变回去了，这是怎么回事
