paypal 绑定双币卡，非 62 开头，默认银联铁定失败？

有一张招行的 amex 双币卡到期了。

去 paypal 支付的时候换新的卡，怎么都绑定不成功。

后来去 paypal 的设置里逛了一圈，从 unionpay 切换成 amex 网关，秒成功。。。。

这交互设定坑啊。。
