    往 b 站上搬运，发现即使冷门小众的电影，也会被提示版权不通过

    但是看到有的 up 主上传的电影却可以通过
    这是为啥？难道那些是官方的搬运帐号？
    在 b 站吧里问哪些能传，却被吧务删了
