现在有设想，准备写个定时搜集高匿名 ip 用作本地代理的脚本

看了 github 上面有个 proxybroker 还不错，就是欧洲国家的 ip 少了点，美国、中国较多

不知道还有没有其他类似的工具，谢谢各位~~~
