CN2 线路 VPS，电信比长城宽带还慢？

    用的 BWG 的 LA CN2，之前用房东长城宽带的时候还能 4Mbps，现在住了自如，同一个节点电信只能 400Kbps，正常吗？

    PS：刚才查了一下 IP，百度显示长城宽带，目瞪口呆，稍后查一下。
