需求是我有一堆乱七八糟分辨率的 gif 图片，要用一个 python/php （啥语言都行）脚本把目录下所有的 gif 的分辨率全都修改成定制的分辨率，比如 500*250 的，不考虑图片变形。
看起来很简单，其实好像挺麻烦，好像还要拆帧啥的
