现在要怎样才能成功在阿里云国际绑定 paypal？？？弄了两周了，还是没搞定。。。上来问问

现在不行了吗？我是两个多月前绑定的，可以用。

解绑在国内 pp 绑定过的银行卡后，绑定另一张卡，电话联系美国客服解除风控

付费找人弄，我自己也是试了很久放弃了

同楼主状况。然后换了虚拟信用卡方案，http://www.xielvtu.com/index.php/2017/10/30/ailyun/ 通过了支付认证。最后问题来了，这种虚拟卡只能美国卡充值。。。求解决方案
