工作职责:
1，Optimizing the performance of various components of the trading system Maintaining, enhancing backtest simulator
2，Exploring big-data infrastructure for research
3，Execution algorithms research
4，Working with researchers on high-frequency strategies
要求:
1，Expert programming skills in some well-known language, C++, Python, Javascript, along with knowledge on computer system, e.g. networking, threading, etc.
2，Ability to write scalable applications and manage complexity
3, Effective communicator and decision maker
4, Both Linux experience and Windows experience
5，Good knowledge on STL, basic data structures and algorithms
加分项：
1, Familiar with Linux kernel
2, Experience with hardware development, e.g. NIC, GPU, and FPGA etc.
