sqlite 如何查看现在那个程序在连接某个数据库, 如何关闭现有的连接。

    我现在访问 sqlite 的一个数据库的时候提示 locked。

    但是又不知到那个程序在用着所以有没有好点的办法关闭现有的数据库连接?
