RT,小弟比较小白，通过 XAMPP 把 Mantis 配置上了，功能都正常，从网上找了几个配置邮箱的方法，都不生效，邮箱使用的是腾讯企业邮，使用的 SSL 的 465 端口，请教一下各位前辈。
