比如一个 600X400 的图片，通过 <img src="" width="300" height="200" 这么等比一缩小之后，在 firefox，ie，chrome 里看，chrome 肯定是最模糊的那个，而且相当的明显。经常浏览图片网站的表示不能忍。

chrome 有什么设置可以避免这种情况吗？
