macOS 10.13.4 PDF Expert
背景
一般把常用文件文档放在 iCloud Drive -> PDF Expert 里面同步，这样 iOS 上会自动离线，和 macOS 同步使用挺方便的。 最近几天好像有一次 macOS 的安全更新，然后 PDF Expert 也有一次更新。
问题
iCloud Drive/PDF Expert 文件夹里的 .pages 文件无法用 Pages 打开，而会默认用 PDF Expert 打开。Open With...、Always Open With... 以及更改 Get Info 里的默认打开方式这三种办法均无效。Get Info 默认打开方式选中 Pages 后又会强制跳转到 PDF Expert。
试过重启、重装 PDF Expert、重装 Pages，一样。不过卸掉 PDF Expert 之后就能正常打开了。
另外重启之后部分文件可以通过 Always Open With... Pages 打开，不过会弹出 unidentified developer 的警告（对象针对该文件，并非针对 Pages ）
"ex2-doc.pages" can't be opened because it is from an unidentified developer. Your security preferences allow installation of only apps from the App Store and identified developers.
做了一次实验：
- 新建 pages 文档，存在 Desktop 目录下，可以正常打开。
- 文档移动到 iCloud Drive/PDF Expert 目录下，出现上述问题（无法正常打开，修改默认打开程序等）。
- 移动到 iCloud Drive/Pixelmator 目录下，可以正常打开。
所以是，如果一个应用支持 iCloud Drive 和某种格式的文件，在对应 iCloud 目录下只能用该应用打开？过去两年我都用的好好的没发现呢。。。。。新的 bug 还是 feature ？
备注：
- Pages 来自 MAS
- PDF Expert 官网购买正版。
- 给 PDF Expert 发了 Report，除了让我重启试试之后这两天还没回复我。
