之前试过 v 站有人推荐的 watch in browser 这个插件，发现这个只适用于纯静态页面，如果页面上有 js 的话，就捉襟见肘了，刷新是会刷新，但是会卡在图片预加载的 loading 这里。我是做 H5 开发的，经常需要刷新页面看效果，大家有没有好用的插件推荐呢？

@Keyblade Live Server 最苦逼的是，目前只支持 VSCode 里面第一个目录的页面实时浏览，如果想看第二个怎么办呢？把第一个目录拖到最后，第二个就变成第一个了，痛苦。
