邮箱 A 曾经注册过美区的 Apple ID （现在该美区 ID 已更换关联其他邮箱），邮箱 A 目前没有和任何 Apple ID 关联（包括用作救援邮箱），现在国区 Apple ID 想更换邮箱 A 作为关联邮箱的时候出现红字提示“无法使用此电子邮件地址。请选择其他电子邮件地址。” 请问邮箱 A 是否永远不能作为我这个国区 ID 的关联邮箱？还是过一段时间就可以？
