OneDrive macOS 客户端的这个「不合格」是什么意思？

看了下，英文系统下，显示的是 Ineligible。

不过我 OneDrive 明明有空间，同步也完成了，这个词放在目录下就从来没变过，到底指的是什么意思呢？

我在 iCloud 同步目录下遇到过这个标识，好像是因为文件名被 iCloud 认为是不应该同步上传的东西，比如 tmp, ~ 结尾等。刚刚我发现 OneDrive 这个名字也会这样，参考下图：

神奇，我把 OneDrive 移出去了就没有这个标识了。另外，这个目录就算我放在 iCloud 文档下面，在其他设备上的 iCloud 文档里也看不到。苹果真是...
