小白求问一个关于 cordova 本地插件插件的问题

使用 cordova 打包 vue 做了一个移动 App，本地通知插件选用的是 cordova-plugin-local-notifications，但是测试了一下在 6.0 一下的版本是可以的，7.0 及以上通知栏没有反应，有大佬遇到过这个问题吗
