一张表们没有主键，数据量大概四五十万，添加了个主键，在线重构会等待 20-30 秒，影响业务。有什么好的办法？（已经解决了，用的 runstates,比 reorg 快些，这里想听听大家的意见）

早上给数据加了索引，只用了不到 2s （刚才 count 了一下，只有 127w，分表了不能用 pg 的 create index concurrently ）
