有没有方法绕过未激活（未开卡）状态的健身卡的转让费？

    合同已经签了，写了实名和手机号，但是没有开卡，不过没有拍照，没留身份证号

    如果加上高额转让费，那就没什么意思了，有没有常年混健身房的说说里面的门道？
