MacBook Pro 连接外部显示器会卡顿

不知道什么原因，最近只要盒盖状态下连接外部显示器，就会卡顿严重，进程也看不出什么。但是开盖连接外部显示器就流畅的一π。

是否装有类似 screenfocus 之类的插件？检查一下~我是发现卡，安装了 mos 和 screenfocus，后面把这类不是非常必要的插件软件都删了~就流畅了~
