github 的这个 runs 页面是怎么启用的?

本来是在参照别人的 ci 配置, 想看看别人 ci 的运行效果, 结果点了某个 commit 的 details 之后跳的是这么一个界面

@SorcererXW 找到了, 如果他用的是 travis-ci.com 的话就有这个界面, 如果用的是 org 的话就没有这个界面...
