Tomcat 打开虚拟目录后，会访问到安装目录，这个怎么修复？

    tomcat 打开虚拟目录后，访问 /conf/server.xml 竟然能访问到安装目录的配置文件，这个怎么修复呢？
    暂时的解决方案是再做一个虚拟路径匹配，将 /conf 指向 404 目录。在必须使用虚拟目录的前提下，有更好的解决方法吗？
