闲暇之余基于腾讯云封装了一个 Flutter 播放器

因之前 Flutter 项目中使用到播放器，当时使用的谷歌亲生的 video_player,虽然大体上功能都能满足，但他封装的是 ExoPlayer(Android)和 AVPlayer(iOS) 所以利用闲暇之余基于腾讯云封装了一个 Flutter 播放器，将腾讯支持的功能部分开放出来，如：倍速，静音

目前项目还是在开发测试中，大家可以通过 git 配置，待稳定后再发布到 pub 上。
