这家我也买过，还不错的啊，按汇率的应该不是黑卡啊。
找店家协商一下，给Apple写封邮件解释一下，如果曾经用信用卡买过或者银行卡充值买过应用，提供一下收据截图，应该会给你恢复的。 |

买的时候发给你的是扫描的图片还是直接是兑换码？

托熟人买UK,US的GIFT CARD电子版的，实物版的还都没有遇到过这样的问题，我觉得黑卡的可能性比较大

两年多时间里我从这家店买过200+$ Gift Card，从没出过问题。你确定帐号被封是黑卡所致吗？

ohhe OP @013231 应该不是gift card的问题。可能是苹果检测到我不在美国。
苹果客服的回复： I did a little investigating and learned that this is happening because you are not authorized to obtain content from the U.S. iTunes Store. We are unable to provide further information regarding this situation. I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. |
