1、PYPI 包，非官方，https://pypi.org/project/opencv-python/
2、轮子安装，非官方，https://www.lfd.uci.edu/~gohlke/pythonlibs/
3、官方 exe 程序安装后，有 pyd，好像拷贝到 python 下就可以，具体不知道怎么弄，请教
