AirPods 连 MacBook Pro 的时候，连接总是不稳定，容易出现连续较长时间的无声、卡顿现象。

经测试与 macOS 版本无关。
MacBook Pro 连接其他蓝牙耳机正常。
AirPods 连接其他设备正常。
尝试过重设 AirPods、在 MacBook Pro 上 reset the Bluetooth module，问题依旧。
求助。

你把设置> 声音 > 输入改成笔记本内建输入就行了

我也遇到了同样问题, 就最近一个月出现的...很奇怪, 系统也没升级过
我怀疑是不是跟我 xcode 开了远程调试有关, 不过后来我关掉了远程调试后 airpods 连接 mac 还是断断续续
连接手机就一切正常....

系统 Ventura 13.3.1 M1 Macbook Air ，AirPods pro2 无效，甚至卡顿加重，蓝牙鼠标和键盘也卡顿了

更新一下，这个问题截止到最新版的 mac OS15.1.1 都存在，是 mac 连接的蓝牙设备超过 3 台（不包括 3 ）时候，airpods 连接打拐旅会出现问题。减少连接设备数量就可以解决。

@zqwonderboy 应该不是设备多少问题，我感觉是蓝牙设备跟 AirPods 冲突导致的。
我的蓝牙设备有罗技 master3s 、RK65 和 AirPods2 。键盘 RK65 是我最近换的，之前一直没问题，换了之后蓝牙键盘休眠重连 AirPods2 就会断连，关掉键盘蓝牙开关，重新连接立马就好了。
之前用达尔优、狼途、英菲克和妙控键盘都没问题，只有和这个 RK65 同时链接出现问题。
