背景：web 前端，中型互联网公司，进公司到现在快 4 年了，前两年感觉技术有的爬升，最近两年感觉温水煮青蛙，快要废了，每天工作量虽大，但感觉技术基本没提升，每天都是复制黏贴的，打算过完年骑驴找马，内心是慌得一批。。。
