关于日文 Shift_JIS 编码下有些字符不显示，求解决

下载了一个日语模板的网站，编码是Shift_JIS ，编辑网站的时候，总是有部分日语的内容不能正确显示，都显示为“?”什么的，请问除了更换编码 utf-8外，还有什么解决方法不，谢。
