applewatch 更新后关闭自动启用音频 app 无效

    applewatch4，更新后手机播放音频时每次抬腕唤醒的时候都是播放界面，设置里的“自动启用音频 app”已经是关闭状态，重启后也无效。 各位大佬有遇到同样问题的吗
