mbp 安装 debian 后的系统启动问题

mbp 原来安装有 windows 和 macos 双系统，默认启动 macos，然后安装了一个 debian 系统，开机后出现 linux 和 windows 启动列表，选择 windows 后就卡屏了，无法开机。请问怎么解决，谢谢。
ps：要是安装 manjaro 没有任何问题。
