使用Feed43时候遇到的问题（为没有 Feed 的网页生成 RSS 格式订阅源）

前两天看到这个教程，感觉对我工作上很有帮助。

按照教程操作，完全没问题。

但自己开始做的时候，第一步就受挫了。

Address填入网址后，直接遇到错误
» 500 Internal Server Error

请问有经验的v2exer，是否遇到过类似问题，应该如何解决？

需要做rss的网址如下：
http://www.nbsti.gov.cn/gb/GovInfo/InfoList.aspx?CID=00003

或者还有实现此类功能的网站吗？
