这几天鼻炎又犯了，正好体检报告出来了，除了鼻炎又多了咽炎，把烟戒了吧。

    烟龄大约两年多吧，不过入门门槛挺高，一天一到两包蓝楼。

    1. 昨天第一天，感觉没什么不适，从早到晚就这么过去了。
    2. 今天第二天，到目前为止也没觉得有什么不适，就是同事派烟的时候，肌肉记忆会伸一下。
