springboot+mybatis 通过 example 查询出现 TooManyResultsException

数据库中只存在一条这样的数据，甚至复现时将数据库该表清空，也会出现查询返回多条数据

请问下有人遇到过这种情况吗，是线上发生的偶发情况

通过主键 Id 查询，也会出现返回多条的情况，但是很难复现

通过日志打印出的 sql 去数据库查询，查询到的也是一条
