公司要把很多的合同、文件、图纸、档案等各种各样的公司文件都要归档。现在很苦恼，有没有合适的平台或软件可以做管理啊

    分类这个是基本的，已经有个大概的方案了。现在是要求纸面的东西存档案室，要扫描一份电子档以备用。一直没接触 过这类东西，有没有这类的软件，或者平台可以用呢？
