问个看起来简单的问题

    sqlite 数据库
    设置了缓存数量为 1000，表内有一个字段标识该条记录是否为缓存 is_cache，按照 created_at 、view_at 两个字段排序，手动清理较旧的，1000 条开外的缓存记录。
