八千二百多万行 url 如何进行存活检测

一个 txt 文件，里面有八千多万行 url，用于对象存储的源站迁移，需要访问一下 url，目前使用 python 和 go 的一些开源工具跑过，没有一个成功的。。。目前 txt 文件大小为 11GB，想问问哪位大佬有一些经验可以分享一下呢？
