iPhone 只能注册 Apple Care+ 了吗？

中国官网页面上，iPhone 的 Apple Care 变成了 Apple Care+。

但是，Apple Care+ 只能在购机之后的 30 天之内购买。

那：

1. 用了不足一年、但是超过一个月的 iPhone 怎么办？
2. 还可以买 Apple Care for iPhone 注册给 iPhone 么？

@tension 刚打了 Apple 400，那边表示他也不知道具体政策，留了个电话，说如果他们有了确切消息再跟我说…… = =
