markdown 项目也带 License 吧，怎么规定的怎么来，有的可以，有的不可以，不带的话按 GitHub 默认的算，也就是 https://docs.github.com/en/github/site-policy/github-terms-of-service#5-license-grant-to-other-users

具体可以问下 csdn 的人。法律风险不知道，被人骂倒是很有可能。
